AndroCalc is a professional XLS spreadsheet editor that supports various document formats, including .xls, .xlsx, and .ods. It offers a range of features that make it a versatile tool for managing spreadsheets:

• The navigator provides easy access to different elements within xls and xlsx spreadsheets, such as sheets, range names, database ranges, linked areas, graphics, OLE objects, comments, and drawing objects.
• A wide selection of common functions is available for creating formulas.
• Users can build macros to automate tasks.
• Flexible cell formatting options allow for enhanced visual presentation, including rotating contents, backgrounds, borders, data alignment, and styling options like bold, italic, and underline.
• Cell values can be validated by specifying content types such as time, date, or decimal.
• Data can be sorted and filtered, as well as presented in pivot tables.
• Password protection is available to secure individual sheets.
• Pictures, videos, sound files, charts, and special characters can be easily inserted into spreadsheets.

Please note that when editing documents remotely using the AndroCalc app, specific instructions are provided. The app offers dedicated buttons for different operations:

• "Write mode" allows users to modify the document using their finger.
• "Move mode" enables users to drag the app and the document using two fingers.
• "Zoom In & Out" allows users to zoom in or out of the app and document by swiping two fingers.
• To save the document on the server, users can click on "File" and select "Save the document opened keeping the current format." The document will be saved locally by clicking on the "Exit" button.
• The "KeyBoard" button opens or closes the phone keyboard for text input.
• The "Exit" button closes the editor view and saves the document locally as downloaded from the cloud.

In addition to its spreadsheet editing capabilities, AndroCalc features a file manager module with several useful functionalities:

• Upon launching, users are presented with a home directory in the file manager.
• All basic file and folder operations are supported, including copy, move, upload, folder/file creation, renaming, archiving, extraction, and editing.
• Bookmarks can be added for quick access to frequently used files or directories.
• Detailed file and directory properties can be viewed, including name, location, size, and date.
• The client UI is designed to be light and elegant across both phones and tablets.
• Users have multiple views available, including grid, list, and icons.
• Files can be sorted by name, last modified date, size, or type.
• FTP access is integrated for seamless file transfer.
• The search function makes it easy to find specific files.
• A list of recent files helps users quickly access their most recently edited documents.
• AndroCalc is an open-source application.

It is important to note that AndroCalc utilizes our OffiDocs online platform. All documents are securely uploaded to a confidential repository server for editing. Once the editing process is complete, the documents are promptly removed from the OffiDocs platform. A confirmation of the privacy policy agreement is required and included within the app.
